Vegan Fitness

This program gives you an overview of vegan nutrition in relation to improving your performance and health.

It was developed for active people or athletes who want to improve how they nourish themselves and ultimately enhance their performance. It will also greatly benefit people who are new to vegan or want to become healthier vegans while improving their fitness.

I have been into fitness all my life and have a first class honours degree in Exercise Science, am a personal trainer and Strength and Conditioning coach.  I have competed at national level in athletics and regularly set myself fitness challenges such as Ironman Triathlon, swimming twice around Garnish Island, ultra-marathons, running up and down Ireland’s highest mountain and cycling the length of Ireland.

I have been vegetarian all my adult life and vegan for the past 24 years. In this program I share all the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years with you to save you time figuring it out for yourself!
